1. Zero-Egress Knowledge Processing

Flomaila operates under strict tenant-isolation policies. All documents uploaded to your knowledge store are vectorized and stored in your dedicated tenant partition. Your private knowledge chunks are never used to train global AI models or shared across customer organizations.

2. Customer Communication Data

Emails, SMS text interactions, and WhatsApp payloads are retained strictly for the duration specified in your workspace retention policy (default: 90 days cold storage). Cryptographic audit logs and hashes are maintained to ensure tamper-proof delivery records.

3. Data Residency & Sovereignty

Enterprise and Pro workspaces may select designated storage regions (US East, EU Frankfurt, AP Singapore). Customer data remains pinned to the selected regulatory geography.

4. Right to Erasure (GDPR / CCPA)

Workspace owners can trigger an irreversible cryptographic shred of all contact and conversation records directly through Settings → Audit & Compliance.
